Job Summary

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (Next.js + NestJS) for our business domains, who will be responsible for building a secure, cloud-based internal business platform that will grow over time to support multiple areas of the organization, starting with core HR functions and expanding into other business modules. We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to help design and build this platform from the ground up, with strong ownership across both frontend and backend. This is a foundational role: early decisions around architecture, data design, and security will shape the platform as it grows.

Job Responsibilities

- Build and maintain a modern web frontend that consumes backend APIs.
- Design and build a backend service layer using a modular, well-structured architecture that can scale as new features are added.
- Design and evolve a relational database schema that supports secure, isolated access to data.
- Implement authentication and authorization, including role-based access control and multi-factor authentication.
- Build out shared core services used across the platform: user management, notifications, audit logging, file storage, and search.
- Apply security best practices throughout: input validation, rate limiting, encryption of sensitive data, and secure API design.
- Work within a structured codebase alongside deployment and monitoring practices suited for a cloud environment.
- Collaborate on sprint planning and help turn a phased roadmap into shippable increments.

Requirements And Qualifications





- Robust experience with modern frontend frameworks and Node.js-based backend frameworks.
- Proficiency in TypeScript with experience working in strict, type-safe codebases.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar) and modern ORMs.
- Strong understanding of REST API design, request validation, secure-by-default backend development, role-based access control (RBAC), secure data isolation, and token-based authentication/authorization flows.
- Experience integrating enterprise identity and authentication providers.
- Familiarity with cloud platform services, including compute, storage, caching, and monitoring.
- Experience with modern CSS frameworks and component libraries. Experience building or contributing to internal business platforms, HR systems, multi-module SaaS products, and multi-tenant application architectures.
- Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated dependency scanning, and modern DevOps practices.
- Prior experience leading the technical development of a greenfield project is highly desirable.

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per year
