Experience

Senior / Qualified, typically 8-10 years in SAP project and transition delivery

Role purpose

Plan and manage SAP transition execution across waves, ensuring resource readiness, KT cadence, milestone governance, risk control, dependency tracking and sign-off alignment with Sonova stakeholders.

Business / application coverage

Transition planning, KT wave governance, stakeholder alignment, RAID management, deliverable tracking, cutover/readiness planning, project governance, Agile/Waterfall delivery and offshore mobilisation.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

- Create and manage the SAP transition plan across engage, learn, perform and steady-state phases.
- Coordinate role-wise KT schedules for Project Management, Quality, APO, Security, BASIS, Development, Finance, Fulfilment, MM/PP, OTC, Integration, Support and Ecosio/licensing tracks as applicable.
- Track transition milestones, entry/exit criteria, dependencies, assumptions, risks, issues and decisions.
- Coordinate Sonova SME time commitments, access readiness, tool onboarding, documentation availability and KT artefact completion.




- Manage status reporting, governance forums, action registers, readiness dashboards and sign-off packs.
- Ensure transition does not disrupt BAU support, month-end activities, compliance/audit cycles, maintenance windows or critical release activities.
- Partner with Service Manager to hand over transition outputs into steady-state governance.

Skill Requirements

Mandatory skills

SAP project management; transition planning; RAID management; stakeholder communication; Agile/Waterfall delivery; milestone tracking; governance reporting; resource mobilisation.

Optional skills

PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum certification, ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, SAP Solution Manager, offshore transition experience, AI-enabled documentation governance.
