DEPARTMENT : DIALYSIS
POSITION : STAFF NURSE
REPORTING TO : INCHARGE - DIALYSIS
QUALIFICATION : GNM / BSC NURSING
EXPERIENCE : 2 YEARS OR MORE
DRESS CODE : SPECIFIED DRESS CODE WITH I.D. CARD
DUTY HOURS : AS PER SCHEDULED

REQUIREMENTS
JOB DESCRIPTION JD - STAFF NURSE
1. Checking and recording patients' vitals before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
2. Preparing and updating nursing care plans as per patient's clinical needs
3. Inform to the treating consultant if there is any deterioration in patient's clinical condition
4. Help in managing medical emergencies in Dialysis
5.



Administer prescribed medications like anticoagulants, antibiotics, or blood pressure medication
6. Check inventory of medicines and medical equipments including crash cart trolley and maintain shift wise checklists
7. Provide emotional support to patient and family
8. To treat all communication about patients, staff, and other organizational business confidentially.
9. To be involved in quality Assurance / Quality control activities.
10. To perform allthe jobs as may be assigned due to exigencies of work.
11. Participation in Continuous Quality Improvement.
