Title : Operations Head

Location : Lassipora , Pulwama

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the collective operational workforce across all sites to ensure a high-performance culture.
- Drive cross-site productivity enhancement and process excellence by identifying and mitigating operational bottlenecks.
- Lead the management of labor contractors and permanent staff to ensure optimum man-hours per ton of fruit processed across the division.
- Ensure 100% site-wide compliance with food safety regulations (FSSAI, HACCP, ISO) and internal audit protocols.
- Translate long-term roadmaps into daily site-specific action plans and operational milestones.

Qualifications Required :

- MBA or relevant degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience in cold storage , warehousing , FMCG operations .

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pulwama, Jammu and Kashmir (Pulwama): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
