Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with an engineering background to support the sales team in preparing quotations, coordinating with clients, managing project documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities. The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and experience in coordinating engineering or industrial sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team, clients, and internal departments for smooth order execution.
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the engineering/design team for technical inputs.
- Track inquiries, follow up with clients, and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Process sales orders and ensure timely execution and delivery.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, sales records, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and dispatch teams to meet delivery schedules.




- Handle customer queries and provide post-sales support.
- Maintain customer database and update CRM regularly.
- Assist in preparing presentations, contracts, and technical documentation.
- Support the sales team during client meetings and project discussions.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of engineering products and technical documentation.
- Experience in preparing techno-commercial quotations.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
