We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop effective sales strategies, and achieve business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to drive business growth.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and onboard recent sales team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 3–5+ years of experience in sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
