Bharosa is a multilingual, voice-first micro-investing app helping first-time investors start SIPs in Mutual Funds from just ₹20/day.
What you'll do
- Drive on-ground user acquisition through camps and local partnerships
- Onboard users from first interaction to KYC and first SIP
- Build and manage a local referral agent network
- Conduct simple product demos in Hindi/Hinglish
- Track daily leads, KYCs, and activations
Who we're looking for
- 1–4 years in field sales (BFSI, fintech, telecom, FMCG, etc.); motivated freshers can apply
- Fluent in Hindi with strong communication skills
- Comfortable with field work and target-driven sales
- Trustworthy, proactive, and self-driven
Location: Delhi-NCR
