Living Assets Builder PVT. LTD. is a growing real estate company based in Guduvanchery, Chennai. We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive who can handle end-to-end sales — from first call to final booking — across our plots, villas, and flat projects in South Chennai.

What You Will Do

Lead Management & Follow-Up

- Handle inbound leads generated from digital campaigns, field marketing, and channel partners
- Do timely follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings
- Maintain lead status and update CRM / lead tracker daily

Outbound Prospecting

- Identify and reach out to potential buyers through references, cold calls, and networking
- Generate self-sourced leads through personal network and local connects
- Engage NRI clients, investors, and first-time home buyers

Site Visits & Conversions

- Schedule and conduct site visits for prospects
- Give confident, explicit project presentations at site
- Handle buyer objections and negotiate effectively to close deals

Channel Partner Coordination

- Work closely with brokers and channel partners for CP-sourced leads
- Attend CP meets and maintain strong broker relationships
- Ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up from CP network

Documentation & Closure

- Assist buyers through booking process — forms, agreements, and payment follow-ups
- Coordinate with legal and accounts team for smooth closure
- Ensure post-booking customer satisfaction and referral generation





Who We Are Looking For

- 2–5 years experience in real estate sales (plots / villas / flats)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of South Chennai real estate market
- Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound sales
- Fluent in Tamil — English communication is an added advantage
- Must have two-wheeler with valid driving license
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality

Qualifications

- Any Degree or Diploma
- MBA or relevant certification is an added advantage
