The Business Architect also develops detailed business cases that align with the strategic vision, ensuring that proposed initiatives are viable and impactful. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align business objectives and drive transformation is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
