Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Civil) to oversee construction activities and ensure projects are executed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate should have practical site experience, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day site operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- *Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor material usage and maintain proper records.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update project status to management.
- Resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with the design team.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.




- 1–3 years of experience in civil construction or site supervision.
- Preference will be given candidates from Chennai.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and construction processes.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Candidates currently based in Chennai will be preferred.
- Experience in residential or commercial building projects.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation and site documentation.
