1. Will follow the rules and regulations of the hospital and adhere it.

2. To provide nursing care to renal patients who come to dialysis department.

3. To assist nephrologists, dialysis technicians in their job.

4. To maintain dialysis machine, systems and equipment’s.

5. To check conductivity (TDS) of the RO water before start of a procedure.

6. To take a written informed consent at all dialysis sessions form all patients, paid or complimentary.

7. To ensure that proper billing has been done in respect of the procedure before start of that procedure.

8. To ensure that no more than 1 relative/ attendant is present with the patient during dialysis.

9. To monitor vital signs of patients prior, during and after the dialysis.

10. To monitor and follow up dialysis plans.

11. To make relevant entries in the patient’s dialysis record of the patient.

12.



To counsel dialysis patients and their family members.

13. To administer medication as per instructions of the nephrologists/ dialysis technician.

14. To comfort patients during the dialysis.

15. To keep and maintain inventory of consumables and its consumption record.

16. To keep inventory of machinery and equipment’s (fixed assists).

17. To ensure legal compliance if any.

18. To follow hospital compliance if any.

19. Any other job assigned by superiors.
