Job Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance reports.
Handle PF, ESIC, gratuity, leave, and other statutory compliance processes.
Coordinate with government authorities and external consultants when required.
Support HR audits and ensure timely documentation.
Prepare and maintain HR policies and compliance-related MIS reports.
Ensure company HR practices comply with applicable legal requirements.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Compliance.
Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Positive documentation and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
