Roles and Responsibilities

- Identifying needs that can be successfully addressed by projects.
- Developing recent project plans in consultation with stakeholders, including clients and staff.
- Outlining the resources required to successfully complete each project.
- Formulating a resource allocation strategy, and utilizing this to distribute work.
- Monitoring staff performance to ensure excellence and adherence to specified deadlines.
- Evaluating each project's effectiveness by consulting with clients, consumers, and staff.
- Reporting on each project's utility upon the uptake of outputs.
- Consulting with the assigned Project Manager to seek guidance and input during the key phase of each project.
- Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resources required for successful project completion.
- Estimate project costs, prepare budgets, and allocate resources accordingly.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to the budget.
- Optimize resource utilization and manage resource conflicts.




- Identify potential risks and issues related to the project and develop mitigation plans.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the project team, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain positive relationships.

Requirements:

- 5+ years experience
- Possessing a Bachelor’s degree in IT Background
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong understanding of IT concepts, systems, and technologies.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies is desirable
