Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily laboratory activities, including sample collection, processing, testing, and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and SOPs across all sections of the lab.
- Monitor performance of technical staff and ensure optimal manpower utilization.
- Validate and authorize test reports before release.
- Coordinate with the Quality Manager and Head Office for audits, proficiency testing, and accreditation activities.
- Maintain inventory of reagents, consumables, and equipment with proper documentation.
- Ensure timely preventive maintenance and calibration of instruments.
- Handle internal and external customer queries, complaints, and service feedback efficiently.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, training, and performance reviews.
- Implement continuous quality improvement initiatives in the laboratory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
