We are looking for an experienced Technical Team Lead to guide and mentor our development team, ensure timely project delivery, and maintain high-quality coding standards. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills and hands-on expertise in modern web technologies.

Key Skills Required:

- Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Node.js (MERN stack).
- Experience with Next.js, Nest.js, or other modern frameworks.
- Good understanding of databases (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with REST APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of developers (4–6 members).
- Plan sprints, allocate tasks, and ensure timely delivery.




- Conduct code reviews and enforce best coding practices.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define requirements.
- Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Support team members in troubleshooting and performance optimization
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹84,917.48 per month
