About Us

Engenuity Fiber is a fast-growing US-based fiber engineering and network design firm delivering large-scale broadband and FTTH infrastructure projects for major telecom clients across the United States. We are building out our India operations in Hyderabad and are looking for someone exceptional to be at the center of it.

About the Role

This is a Founders Office role. You will work directly with the India Country Head and support our US-based leadership team across permitting operations, project management, vendor coordination, and hiring. You will have visibility into how the business runs at every level and will be expected to take ownership, not just assist.

What You Will Do

- Own coordination of high priority projects across India and US teams, tracking timelines, deliverables, and open action items
- Support the permitting process for fiber network projects across US municipalities
- Research, onboard, and manage vendors and subcontractors
- Support the India Country Head on operational priorities, hiring,



and day-to-day business needs
- Occasionally support US-facing outreach and coordination with telecom clients and partners

Who Should Apply

- 1 to 4 years of experience, internships and project work count
- Excellent written and spoken English, you will be communicating with US-based teams and clients daily
- Someone who is naturally organized and proactive, you do not wait to be told what to do
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and learning new tools and industries on the fly
- Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate

Pay: ₹11,529.06 - ₹40,970.57 per month
