- Optimize Hiring Source Mix as per the agreed grid
Quality Of Hire
- To adhere to the Infant Attrition grid along with agreed Diversity Hires as a % of overall HC budget.
Offer TAT (Hygiene)
- To adhere to TAT for sourcing till offer release with onboarding.
HR Compliance (Process Adherence)
- Ensures effective documentation at the zone of all significant personnel documentation such as joining formalities in a timely and accurate manner with the help of the HR Business partners in the business units.
- Adherence to TAT and FTR for all key recruitment processes
