We are looking for a Lab Technician – Powder Coating to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring the quality of the powder coating process, conducting laboratory tests, inspecting coated products, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Perform quality testing of powder-coated wire mesh, fencing products, and other finished goods.
- Monitor pretreatment chemical parameters such as pH, concentration, and conductivity.
- Inspect raw materials, powder coatings, and finished products.
- Identify coating defects and coordinate with Production for corrective actions.
- Maintain laboratory records, inspection reports, and quality documentation.
- Ensure calibration and proper maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Follow quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

- B.Sc. in Chemistry or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in powder coating quality control or laboratory testing.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
