About the Role

We're looking for a creative, trend-savvy Reel Creator who knows how to make content that people stop scrolling for. If you've created viral Reels, understand what works on Instagram, and can turn ideas into engaging videos with strong storytelling, we'd love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Write attention-grabbing scripts and powerful hooks.
- Research trending topics, audio, and viral content formats.
- Shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality short-form videos.
- Develop creative content ideas that boost reach, engagement, and followers.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithms.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience creating viral or high-performing Reels.
- Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills.




- Excellent video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, or similar software.
- Deep understanding of Instagram and YouTube algorithms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to consistently generate fresh content ideas.
- Portfolio or social media links showcasing your best work.
