We are looking for a sharp, data-driven Research & Technical Analyst with expertise across Equities, Futures & Options (F&O;), and Derivative Strategies. In this role, you will analyze market trends, evaluate company fundamentals, construct technical setups, and monitor derivative data (Open Interest, Volume, Option Chains) to generate high-probability trade setups and research insights.

Key Responsibilities1. Technical Analysis & Charting

- Identify chart patterns, breakout setups, trend continuations, and key support/resistance levels across Equity Cash and F&O; segments.
- Utilize technical indicators (RSI, Moving Averages, MACD, Fibonacci, Bollinger Bands) to build actionable trade setups.
- Conduct intraday, swing, and positional technical analysis on major indices (e.g., Nifty, Bank Nifty) and single stocks.

2. Derivatives & Options Strategy

- Analyze Option Chain data (Open Interest, PCR, Max Pain, Implied Volatility) to gauge market sentiment and institutional positioning.
- Design and evaluate risk-defined F&O; strategies (Iron Condors, Spreads, Straddles, Strangles, Ratio Spreads).
- Track institutional flows (FII/DII data) and bulk/block deals for directional bias.

3. Fundamental & Macro Research

- Track quarterly earnings, sector trends, and macroeconomic developments.
- Evaluate fundamental metrics (P/E, EV/EBITDA, ROE, Balance Sheet health) for long-term equity coverage.




- Prepare concise research notes, sector breakdown reports, and market summaries.

Candidate Qualifications & SkillsExperience & Education

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related field (MBA Finance / CFA / CMT preferred).
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Equity Research, Technical Analysis, or Derivative Trading.
- Certifications (Preferred): NISM Series XV (Research Analyst) or NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) certification.

Key Technical Requirements

- Mastery over charting software (TradingView, Chartink, AmiBroker, or similar).
- Proficiency in option analytics tools (Sensibull, Opstra, Quantsapp, etc.).
- Deep understanding of Greeks (Delta, Gamma, Theta, Vega) and options pricing dynamics.
- Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and data synthesis.
