Job Summary

The Sales Executive will drive revenue by meeting new clients, pitching our Digital Marketing services, and building strong relationships. You’ll be the face of the brand in the field and in the office, focused on targets and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Targets: Achieve monthly sales targets for products/services

- Client Acquisition: Find new leads, do cold calls and follow-ups

- Client Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business

- Presentations: Explain service features, benefits, pricing, and close deals

- Documentation: Maintain sales reports, CRM updates, quotations, and billing support

- Market Research: Track competitors, market trends, and customer feedback

- Coordination: Work with admin, accounts, and delivery teams for smooth order processing

Requirements





- Education: Graduate in any field. Sales/Marketing diploma preferred

- Experience: 0-2 years in sales, B2B or B2C. Freshers with good communication are welcome

- Skills:

- Solid communication in English + Malayalam. Hindi is a plus

- Negotiation, persuasion, and relationship building

- Basic computer skills: MS Office, WhatsApp, CRM tools

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and presentable

- Previous experience in digital marketing services sales
