Radiance Business Solutions is hiring an experienced Senior Accounts Executive / Accounts Officer who can take ownership of our finance operations and help drive business growth through accurate financial management

Location: Malad West, Mumbai
Experience: 5+ Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
Salary: Best in the industry (Based on experience)

What You'll Be Responsible For
. Managing end-to-end accounting operations
. Finalization of accounts and financial reporting
. GST , TDS Income Tax and statutory compliance
. Bank reconciliation and cash flow management
. Accounts payable & receivable management
. Vendor and customer ledger reconciliation
. Coordinating with auditors CA and banks
. Preparing MIS reports and supporting management with financial insights
. Ensuring timely monthly and yearly financial closing

We're Looking For Someone Who
✔ Has 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience




✔ Is proficient in Tally Prime and Advanced MS Excel
✔ Has strong knowledge of GST, TDS and accounting standards
✔ Can work independently with high accuracy and integrity
✔ Has excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
