Business Analyst-Incubation

Role Objective: The Business Analyst / Product Manager will be responsible for driving business requirement analysis, digital transformation, and product/process optimization, while also demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset to identify, evaluate, and incubate new business ideas and revenue streams. The role partners closely with business, technology, and leadership teams to deliver scalable, data-driven outcomes and long-term business value. Responsibilities basis JD: 1. Business Requirement Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement • Conduct detailed discussions with business stakeholders to understand, document, and validate requirements • Analyze and map Business Requirement Documents (BRD) / Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) for clarity, completeness, and accuracy • Act as a bridge between business, product, and technology teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment • Manage ongoing stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle 2. Process Design, Re-engineering & Automation • Assist in designing and optimizing existing business processes, leveraging automation technologies such as AI/ML where applicable • Execute process improvement strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, quality, and scalability • Apply process modelling techniques to document current-state and future-state workflows 3. Digital Transformation & Innovation • Explore and evaluate new methodologies, frameworks, and technologies for process innovation • Support seamless integration of digital solutions into existing business ecosystems • Map technology requirements, identify gaps, and assist in proposing optimized and sustainable solutions • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with business goals 4. Data Analysis & Decision Support • Utilize data analysis and visualization techniques to support informed decision-making • Extract actionable insights from large and complex datasets • Define, track,



and analyze KPIs to measure business and product performance • Enable data-driven prioritization and strategic recommendations 5. Entrepreneurial Mindset & Business Growth • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial and ownership mindset to continuously identify new business opportunities • Explore new business models, product ideas, and potential revenue streams aligned with organizational strategy Information Classification- Confidential • Conduct feasibility analysis, value assessment, and business case evaluations for new initiatives • Partner with leadership to pilot, validate, and scale high-potential ideas • Balance innovation with operational discipline to drive sustainable growth 6. Continuous Improvement & Optimization • Drive continuous optimization of workflows, products, and processes • Identify improvement opportunities through performance analysis and stakeholder feedback • Support change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of current processes and tools Educational Qualification Required – • BE / B Tech / MBA in Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or General Management • 2-7 years of experience in Product Management or Product Owner Role • Must have scored at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA marks in 10th & 12th / Diploma (if applicable) and Bachelors, and Masters (if applicable) – No rounding off marks is allowed • Only FULL Time and Regular education is eligible (10th/12th/Diploma/Bachelors/Masters) • Average Tenure (i.e. total years of experience divided by Number of companies worked for) - Should be 2 or more Must Have Skills – • Excellent communication and articulation skills • Strong stakeholder management and engagement • Expertise in digital business process and workflow design • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to think beyond requirements and processes • Strong data-driven decision-making and analytical reasoning • Experience in continuous optimization and improvement initiatives Auto Domain – Good to have
