We focus on bringing our architectural concepts to life through stunning visualizations and animations. We're looking for a talented 3D Visualizer to join our creative team and help elevate our projects through high-quality 3D visualization .

3D Visualizer

- 3+ years of experience in 3D visualization for residential & commercial projects

- Strong skills in creating realistic 3D models and high-quality renders

- Primary Software: SketchUp, Lumion

*

- Secondary Software: 3ds Max, Unreal Engine

*

- Ability to convert 2D drawings into detailed 3D visuals and walkthroughs

*

- Good understanding of lighting, materials, and textures

Strong coordination and communication skills for client presentations and project execution.

Responsibilities:

- Create realistic 3D animations to showcase architectural designs and concepts.
- Work closely with architects and designers to visualize architectural projects in motion, including walkthroughs, flythroughs, and other animations.
- Produce high-quality 3D renders, animations, and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Develop dynamic camera movements, lighting, textures, and materials to bring architectural designs to life.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure animations align with project goals and timelines.




- Work on interior and exterior architectural visualizations for presentations, marketing materials, and client proposals.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a 3D Architectural Visualizer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your animation work, especially in architectural visualization.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and animation software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Lumion, Sketchup or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of architectural concepts, design, and the ability to translate these into effective animations.
- Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.) for model integration and animation.
- Solid knowledge of lighting, texture mapping, and rendering techniques for architectural animation.
- Attention to detail and a creative approach to bringing architectural designs to life through animation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with architects and other team members to meet project objectives and deadlines.
