Simplicomp Tech LLP helps industries across India with environmental approvals, compliance management, and regulatory consulting services.

We are looking for candidates with 2–3 years of preferred experience in B2B/service sales who can manage client interactions, generate business opportunities, and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound & outbound business enquiries
- Conduct B2B calling and lead generation activities
- Lead generation through mass mailing and WhatsApp follow-ups
- Send regular environmental updates to existing and potential clients
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable compliance solutions
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings
- Prepare proposals and commercial quotations
- Negotiate and close deals for environmental consultancy & compliance services




- Maintain robust follow-ups and sales pipeline tracking

Preferred Skills

- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Target-oriented and self-driven approach
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM, Google Workspace/Google Business tools, and CRM/pipeline tracking systems
- Familiarity with environmental laws, compliance processes, or prior experience in environmental consultancy/B2B service industry will be preferred

CTC: ₹3 LPA – ₹3.5 LPA + performance incentives on converted leads
