Role and Responsibilities:

- Strong hands-on experience in automation testing using Selenium WebDriver with Python
- It’s a plus if you know TestComplete and other Python-based automation tools
- Experience with building, maintaining, and enhancing automation frameworks to improve test coverage and efficiency
- Skilled in writing reusable, modular, and maintainable automated test scripts
- Familiarity with API testing automation using tools like Postman, REST-assured, or Python libraries (e.g., requests)
- Experience in performance testing automation is a plus (e.g., JMeter, Locust)
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience integrating automated tests into them (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Proficient with Git version control and branching workflows




- Hands-on knowledge of test data management and test environment setup automation
- Ability to analyze test results, create detailed reports, and suggest process improvements
- Robust understanding of test automation best practices, including parallel test execution, scheduling, and reporting
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker to facilitate consistent test environments is a plus
- Experience working in Agile environments with continuous testing and delivery mindset
- Excellent debugging skills to identify automation script failures and root causes
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders
