Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily inventory of food, beverages, packaging materials, and café supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of stock inward, outward, and consumption.
- Conduct regular stock counts and report shortages, damages, or expiry items.
- Ensure proper storage, stock rotation (FIFO), and inventory control.
- Coordinate with vendors and verify deliveries against purchase orders.
- Prepare inventory reports and support timely procurement.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.

Requirements

- 1–1.5 years of experience in store, inventory, or warehouse management.
- Basic knowledge of stock control and inventory processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory/POS systems.
- Positive organizational, analytical,



and communication skills.
- Experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality industry will be preferred.
