Monitoring Analyst

Department: Cloud Engineering

Required Responsibilities:

- Monitor and analyse IT systems, networks, and applications for performance, security, and stability.
- Identify and report on issues or anomalies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of monitoring tools and processes.
- Contribute to the improvement of monitoring strategies and workflows
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, procedures, and best practices.
- Participate in on-call rotation as required.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of IT concepts and terminology.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to make informed decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
