About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Billing & Cashier Executives to join our team. This role is ideal for both fresh graduates and experienced candidates who are eager to build a career in retail and customer service. The candidate will be responsible for handling billing transactions, cash management, and delivering excellent customer service while ensuring accuracy in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate customer bills accurately using the POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Receive payments through cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, and other digital payment methods.
- Maintain accurate cash balances and reconcile the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- Issue invoices, receipts, refunds, and exchanges as per company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve billing-related queries.
- Ensure the billing counter is clean, organized, and operational at all times.
- Coordinate with store staff to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Follow company policies for cash handling and fraud prevention.
- Prepare daily sales and cash reports.
- Assist with other store operations as required.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum Qualification: Any Undergraduate Degree (UG) – B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., BA, BCA, or equivalent.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome.



Candidates with experience in retail, supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, or hospitality will have an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
- Experience with POS billing software is preferred but not mandatory.

- Weekly off will be provided according to the company roster.
