Job Description:

1. Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, including servers, networks, and storage.

2. Develop and manage IT infrastructure projects from inception to completion.

3. Ensure system uptime and reliability through proactive monitoring and maintenance.

4. Manage IT budget and ensure cost-effective solutions.

5. Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect digital assets.

6. Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals.

7. Collaborate with other departments to support business initiatives and technology needs.

8. Conduct regular reviews and updates of IT policies and procedures.

9. Coordination with NOC Team till closure.

10. Preparation of MBR, SLA Review as per SOW etc.

Qualifications

1.



Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

2. 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management.

3. Proven experience with network and server management.

4. Robust understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.

5. Leadership and team management skills.

6. Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
