- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- 2-3 years of proven experience as a BDE in IT services / software development
- Strong understanding of web, mobile, cloud, and emerging technologies
- Hands-on experience with B2B sales, lead generation, and client handling
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking.
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, requirement gathering, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure




- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical and delivery teams to propose suitable solutions
- Prepare and present proposals, pitch decks, and estimations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate sales data, pipeline, and forecasting using CRM tools
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
- Experience working with international clients
- Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
- Prior experience in IT service-based companies

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
