Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive property sales, generate leads, and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate should have solid negotiation skills, knowledge of the local real estate market, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through site visits, referrals, cold calling, digital platforms, and broker networks Conduct property presentations and site tours for prospective clients Understand client requirements and suggest suitable residential/commercial properties Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to convert inquiries into bookings Coordinate with legal, CRM, and finance teams for documentation and deal closure Maintain updated client database and sales reports Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners and brokers

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
