We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support the Production team by entering and maintaining accurate production data. The ideal candidate should have valuable typing skills, basic MS Excel knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced garment manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter daily production data into the ERP system or Excel.
- Maintain accurate records of production, cutting, stitching, finishing, and dispatch.
- Update production reports and trackers on time.
- Verify data accuracy before submission.
- Coordinate with the Production team for missing or incorrect information.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Maintain production-related documents and files.
- Support the team with general data management and documentation.
Required Skills
- Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic communication skills.
- Ability to work with the production team.
- Willingness to learn ERP/software systems.
Preferred
- Experience in a garment manufacturing company is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of ERP software is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
