Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work workplace where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the software meets the evolving needs of the clients while adhering to best practices in software development. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions that enhance the overall functionality and performance of the applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions.



- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Mentor junior professionals, guiding them in their development and helping them navigate complex project challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Payments Fundamentals. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with application performance tuning and optimization. - Familiarity with various programming languages and frameworks relevant to payment systems. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Payments Fundamentals. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
