Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager (Interior & Civil) to lead and manage interior fit-out and civil construction projects from planning to handover. The candidate will be responsible for execution, coordination, quality control, budgeting, vendor management, and timely delivery of projects while ensuring adherence to safety and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of interior and civil projects.
- Prepare project schedules, work plans, and execution strategies.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor site progress and ensure projects are completed within timelines and budgets.
- Supervise site engineers, contractors, and labor teams.
- Ensure quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements are maintained.
- Conduct site inspections, progress reviews, and project reporting.
- Manage material planning, procurement coordination, and inventory tracking.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Resolve site-level technical and operational issues efficiently.
- Ensure proper billing, measurement verification, and project documentation.




- Drive client satisfaction through effective communication and timely updates.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of interior fit-outs, civil construction, and finishing works.
- Excellent project planning and execution capabilities.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.
- Strong leadership, team management, and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of budgeting, BOQ management, and cost control.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
- Solid communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- PMP certification or project management training will be an added advantage.
