Job Title: Sales Executive – Residential Real Estate (Coimbatore)

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales Executive to join our residential real estate team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client interactions, coordinating site visits, and contributing to achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, passion for sales, and a proactive approach to business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate quality leads through various online and offline channels
- Execute real estate marketing activities including campaigns, roadshows, and expos
- Handle inbound and outbound client interactions professionally
- Coordinate and manage site visits with prospective customers
- Maintain strong follow-up to convert leads into sales
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Update and manage leads using CRM systems
- Maintain accurate reports on leads, site visits, and conversions




- Build and maintain strong customer relationships

- Ability to handle clients confidently and professionally

- Basic knowledge of CRM tools

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: 2 to 5 years in sales (Real Estate preferred)
- Freshers with strong interest in sales can also apply
- Prior experience in residential real estate sales will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
