Our Company is looking for an Accounts Executive to maintain proper accounting of the company with high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

POSITION OVERVIEW :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Account Executive with an advanced knowledge of Tally ERP and strong Proficiency in Excel and Mathematics.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Data Management:
- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers and databases with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of financial data.
- Good knowledge and experience of Purchase and Sales entries.
- Experience of Bank Reconciliation, TDS & GST.

- Excel Proficiency:

Utilize Excel to create, maintain and analyze spreadsheets for various financial purposes including budgeting and reporting.





- Documentation:

Prepare and organize financial documents, invoices, receipts and expense reports.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

- Tally ERP:

Proficiently use Tally ERP software to manage and reconcile accounts.

Generate financial reports including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements using Tally.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Accountant with a robust background in Excel and documentation.

Proficiency in Tally ERP software.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience:

A minimum 1 to 2 years experience in account executive profile.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
