Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic IT Sales Telecaller to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to call potential leads, explain our IT products and services, and generate sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
- Explain IT products and services clearly and persuasively.
- Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with leads to convert them into clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements:
- Valuable communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT services (web development, software solutions, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Freshers are welcome.
