Job Description

We are looking for A Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent aligned with business needs. The role involves stakeholder management, strategic sourcing, and driving efficient hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.





- Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and hiring plans.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.

- Conduct HR screening interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.

- Coordinate with interview panels for technical and managerial interviews.

- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and candidate engagement until onboarding.

- Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports.

- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions.

- Support campus hiring, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment drives.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience and strong employer brand throughout the hiring journey.

- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly hiring targets.

Requirements

- Strong experience in IT / Non-IT recruitment

- Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Good negotiation and closing skills

- Ability to work in a rapid-paced hiring environment

Strong organizational and reporting skills

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration

- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
