Job Summary

We are seeking an office-based Construction Operations Support Specialist to provide technical and operational guidance to our users and service providers. This role acts as a primary point of contact for resolving real-time project challenges on active construction sites.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in field-level construction practices but is looking to transition their expertise into a professional corporate office environment. This is a 100% office-based position with no field travel required.

Core Responsibilities

- Technical Guidance: Provide professional phone-based support to site users and service providers experiencing operational, technical, or logistical issues on active construction projects.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose real-time site problems and offer practical, actionable steps to resolve them by leveraging your firsthand knowledge of construction workflows.
- Documentation & Tracking:



Maintain accurate logs of all inquiries, technical issues, and resolutions within the company database to support continuous service improvement.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a clear, knowledgeable communication bridge between field operators and corporate technical teams.

Required Qualifications

- Field Experience: Minimum of 1 year of active, in office construction experience (e.g., as a site coordinator, assistant superintendent, field technician, or related construction role).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to explain technical concepts clearly over the phone.
- Problem-Solving: Strong critical-thinking skills and the ability to troubleshoot field-level operational bottlenecks calmly and efficiently.
- Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, or ticketing systems) and the ability to adapt to proprietary internal tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
