Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-oriented Senior Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our social media strategy and digital brand presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-impact social media campaigns, increasing brand awareness, driving audience engagement, and generating qualified leads across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.

Manage and grow the company's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.

Plan, create, and oversee engaging content including graphics, videos, reels, stories, and campaigns.

Lead paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.

Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize based on KPIs.

Collaborate with content creators, designers, videographers, and influencers.

Manage influencer partnerships and brand collaborations.

Monitor online reputation and respond to customer engagement across social channels.

Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Lead and mentor the social media team to ensure consistent execution and innovation.

Qualifications





Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

MBA or relevant digital marketing certifications are preferred.

6–10 years of experience in social media and digital marketing, including leadership experience.
