Role Overview

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for handling sales operations, distributor management, market expansion, and achieving sales targets for Cooking Medium, Mustard Oil, and Non-Dairy Cream products within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in the assigned area
- Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and retailers
- Increase product availability and market penetration
- Develop robust relationships with distributors and key retail outlets
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
- Conduct market visits and ensure proper merchandising & visibility
- Plan and execute promotional and sales activities
- Track primary and secondary sales performance
- Ensure timely collection of payments from distributors/clients
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams for smooth operations
