Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to join our team on a Contract-to-Hire basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, architecting, developing, and implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions while providing technical leadership across the platform.

This role offers an opportunity to work on large-scale ServiceNow implementations, with the possibility of transitioning to the client's full-time payroll after six months based on performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, design, development, and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
- Define scalable platform architecture aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Design and implement solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules and applications.
- Drive end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects while ensuring adherence to platform best practices.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance,



and mentorship to development teams.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and ensure platform governance and performance optimization.
- Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and implementation plans.
- Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

- Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow, including at least 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Architecture, Design, Development, and Implementation.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations.

- Service Mapping
- REST/SOAP Integrations
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and solution design experience.
- Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Mandatory Certification

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Preferred Certifications

- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – One or more modules
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- ITIL 4 Foundation
- Cloud or Enterprise Architecture Certifications

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
