We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Referral Marketing Executive to build and manage strong referral networks for the hospital. The role focuses on developing relationships with clinics, doctors, corporates, and community groups to increase patient inflow through ethical and strategic referral channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain referral networks with clinics, general practitioners, opticians, and hospitals
- Build strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals
- Identify and onboard new referral partners and business opportunities
- Plan and execute outreach activities, camps, and awareness programs
- Track referral performance and maintain detailed reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth patient conversion and follow-up
- Ensure ethical marketing practices and compliance with hospital policies
- Achieve monthly targets related to patient referrals and conversions

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Healthcare or related field




- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, field sales, or healthcare referral marketing
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel locally for field work

Preferred Skills

- Experience in hospital/healthcare marketing (eye hospital preferred)
- Good knowledge of local healthcare network
- Fluency in Malayalam & English (Hindi is an added advantage)
- Basic reporting and computer skills
