Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell banking products and services over the phone. The ideal candidate will engage with prospective and existing customers, identify their financial needs, and recommend suitable banking solutions while achieving sales targets and ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective and existing customers through outbound calls.
- Promote banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, personal loans, credit cards, insurance, and other financial products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and applicable terms to customers.




- Address customer queries and resolve objections professionally.
- Follow up with customers to complete documentation and application processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and data privacy standards.
- Collaborate with branch teams and other departments to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and Experienced can apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
