SNB Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Tool Room Foreman to supervise daily tool room operations, manual lathe machining activities, and die maintenance functions..

Key Responsibilities:-

· Supervise daily manual lathe machining activities in the tool room.

· Manufacture, repair, modify, and maintain dies, punches, fixtures, jigs, and tooling components as per drawings and specifications.

· Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality compliance using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, dial gauges, and bore gauges.

· Analyze die and tooling failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize production downtime.

· Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams for timely completion of die-making and repair activities.

· Ensure adherence to production schedules and achieve targeted turnaround times for die manufacturing and maintenance.

· Maintain records of die repairs, modifications, spare parts consumption, and preventive maintenance activities.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance tool life, machining efficiency,



and overall productivity.

· Ensure proper storage, handling, and traceability of dies, tooling components, and measuring instruments.

· Support new product development activities through die fabrication, trials, and process improvements.

Required Qualifications

· ITI/Diploma in Tool & Die Making, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

· 5–10 years of experience in Tool Room operations, manual lathe machining, die maintenance, and fabrication.

· Strong knowledge of tool room practices, machining processes, and die-making techniques.

· Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and team management skills.
