Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs (BOQ) from approved drawings and revisions.
- Verify and reconcile BOQ quantities with site execution.
- Prepare material quantity requirements and monitor consumption.
- Coordinate with the design and procurement teams for material planning.
- Prepare project schedules and monitor work progress against planned targets.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress and prepare progress reports.
- Prepare client RA bills, subcontractor bills, and quantity reconciliations.
- Identify variation items and prepare variation claims with supporting documents.
- Coordinate with the site team for measurement verification and work certification.
- Maintain records of approved drawings, revisions, BOQs, and billing documents.
- Assist in cost estimation for tenders and additional works.
- Monitor material wastage and suggest cost-saving measures.
- Support project managers in planning manpower, materials, and project milestones.

Required Skills





- Valuable knowledge of façade systems (Curtain Wall, ACP, Aluminium Windows & Doors, Glass Façade, Railing, Louvers, etc.).
- Ability to read architectural, structural, and façade shop drawings.
- Experience in BOQ preparation and quantity take-off.
- Knowledge of client billing (RA Bills), subcontractor billing, and reconciliation.
- Planning and scheduling using Microsoft Project or Primavera (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
- Knowledge of AutoCAD for quantity verification.
- Good coordination and communication skills.

Preferred Qualification

- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- 1–4 years of experience in façade estimation, planning, quantity surveying, or billing.
