Role: Performance Marketing Intern
As a Performance Marketing Intern, you will work directly with the marketing and leadership team to plan, execute, optimize, and analyze digital marketing campaigns. You will gain hands-on experience in paid advertising, analytics, content strategy, and AI-powered marketing tools while working on real business campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Assist in running Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max).
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Create compelling ad copies and campaign creatives.
- Coordinate with the design team to develop high-converting marketing creatives.
- Manage remarketing and audience targeting campaigns.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Assist in SEO and content marketing initiatives.
- Work on lead generation campaigns and conversion optimization.
- Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot to improve campaign performance, content creation, and marketing automation.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Basic understanding of Google Ads.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics.
- Canva for creating marketing creatives.
- Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides.
- Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Knowledge of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI productivity tools.
- Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and social media marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Candidates with certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, Google Analytics, or Digital Marketing will be preferred.
- Freshers with relevant project experience are encouraged to apply.
