Key Requirements

- Minimum 10–15 years of experience as an Advocate
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Extensive experience in litigation and non-litigation matters
- Proven expertise in courtroom representation and arguing matters
- Solid legal drafting skills
- Ability to develop and execute legal strategies
- Must have their own laptop





Roles & Responsibilities

- Represent clients in courts, tribunals, and other legal forums
- Lead and manage complex litigation matters end-to-end
- Draft and vet legal documents, agreements, contracts, and notices
- Provide strategic legal advice and risk assessment to clients
- Handle non-litigation matters including compliance and advisory
- Develop strong case strategies and oversee execution
- Supervise and guide junior advocates and legal team members
- Coordinate with clients, external counsel, and authorities
- Ensure timely filings, documentation, and case management
- Stay updated with legal developments and apply them effectively

Salary

- ₹45,000 – ₹65,000 per month

- Navi Mumbai (Nerul)
