We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to assist in the planning, design, and execution of healthcare and commercial projects. The candidate will work closely with senior architects and multidisciplinary teams to develop architectural drawings, coordinate project documentation, and support project execution from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities  Assist in the preparation of conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs.  Develop architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.  Prepare presentation drawings, design reports, and project documentation.  Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams for project integration.  Assist in obtaining approvals and ensuring compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.  Conduct site visits and monitor project progress as required.  Prepare area statements, BOQs, and design coordination reports.  Support the preparation of tender drawings and construction documentation.



 Review shop drawings and material submissions from contractors.  Maintain project records, drawing registers, and documentation.  Participate in client meetings and internal design discussions. Required Qualifications  Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).  1–3 years of professional experience in architectural design  Freshers with robust academic backgrounds and internship experience may also apply. Required Skills  Proficiency in AutoCAD.  Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office.  Knowledge of architectural detailing and construction methods.  Understanding of local building regulations and development control rules.  Strong drafting, planning, and visualization skills.  Good communication and coordination abilities.  Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.  Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 per year
